1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the ea44 website at ea44.io, including all games, betting services, account management tools, and related features.
• "Player" or "Account Holder" means any individual who has successfully registered and holds a verified account on the ea44 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Wallet" means the BDT balance held within a Player's Account, used to place bets and receive winnings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or reload offer made available by ea44 to eligible Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements .
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Mobile Financial Services" or "MFS" means digital mobile-wallet payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, operated by licensed providers in Bangladesh.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of ea44, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, power failures, internet outages, or acts of war.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The ea44 Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. ea44 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the ea44 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ea44 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. ea44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by you.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ea44 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify ea44 immediately via live chat if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

2.5 Residency

The ea44 Platform is designed and operated for the Bangladesh market. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a territory in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration.

3Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification Requirement

ea44 is required to conduct identity and age verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport showing date of birth and photograph
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three (3) months as proof of address
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposits

3.2 Timing of Verification

ea44 may request KYC documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time ea44 reasonably deems it necessary. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by ea44 may result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

3.3 Verification Processing

ea44 will make reasonable efforts to process submitted verification documents within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. ea44 reserves the right to request additional documentation if initial submissions are unclear, expired, or inconsistent with Account information on file.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ea44 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

ea44 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is registered in their own name and matches the details held on their ea44 Account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits may apply and will be communicated within the cashier section of your Account. ea44 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its sole discretion for fraud prevention and responsible gaming purposes.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account Wallet within 30 seconds in normal operating conditions. Processing times for card-based deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may vary depending on your card issuer. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ea44 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to successful KYC verification. MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. Card withdrawals may take 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank. ea44 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the standard processing timeline.

4.5 Returned and Reversed Transactions

If a deposit is returned, reversed, or charged back by your payment provider after it has been credited to your Account, ea44 reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from your Wallet balance and to suspend your Account pending investigation. Any winnings derived from funds subject to a chargeback may be voided.

4.6 Currency

All Account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the ea44 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ea44 does not operate multi-currency Accounts. No foreign exchange conversion will be applied to your BDT balance.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers provided by ea44 are subject to these General Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the relevant bonus; unused bonus funds will expire upon the end of that validity period.

5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally — or at all — towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type will be specified in each promotion's terms. ea44 reserves the right to exclude specific games from bonus wagering contribution at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ea44 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using wagering patterns designed to hedge or minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed, ea44 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close the Account.

5.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions

ea44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only and are subject to eligibility criteria that may include Account status, location, and verification status.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

ea44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market or game. A bet is only confirmed once ea44 has issued a bet confirmation reference. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrectly displayed game outcome or betting odd, ea44 reserves the right to void the affected bet or correct the error. Bets placed on the basis of manifestly incorrect odds — including odds that are clearly disproportionate to the true market — may be voided or settled at the correct odds. The outcome of a game or bet determined solely as a result of a malfunction is void.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the ea44 Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. ea44 reserves the right to vary these limits at any time for any Player or market without prior notice.

6.4 Fair Play and RNG

All casino games on the ea44 Platform use independently audited random number generators (RNG). RTP (Return to Player) percentages are verified by third-party testing agencies. ea44 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. Any Player found attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploits, or collusion will have their Account permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.

6.5 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are offered on selected sports events, including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 and other major fixtures. Odds in live markets update continuously and are correct only at the moment the bet is confirmed. ea44 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time, including during periods of market volatility or where the integrity of an event is in question.

7Responsible Gaming

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ea44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask or falsify your location
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place bets
• Colluding with other Players in any casino game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or any other financial crime through the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ea44 staff or other Players
• Attempting to access another Player's Account or interfere with the security of the Platform
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account or any Account balance to any third party

9Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by ea44

ea44 reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, ongoing KYC review, or a risk to the Platform's integrity. Suspended Accounts may not be used to place bets, access games, or process withdrawals until the suspension is lifted.

9.2 Permanent Closure by ea44

ea44 may permanently close an Account where: a Player has breached these Terms in any material respect; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is confirmed; the Player is verified to be under 21 years of age; or the Platform determines it is necessary for the protection of the Player's wellbeing under responsible gaming obligations.

9.3 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting ea44 via live chat. Prior to closure, any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to these Terms and applicable KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the ea44 Platform — including but not limited to the ea44 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, database structures, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ea44 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ea44. Game content is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, and is subject to those studios' applicable licensing terms.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ea44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of wagered funds resulting from technical malfunction, or any other losses incurred in connection with gaming or betting activities on the Platform.

ea44's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The ea44 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ea44 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accept no liability for any period of downtime.

12Privacy & Data Protection

ea44's collection, storage, use, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

ea44 collects personal data necessary for Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. Personal data is handled in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

13Amendments to These Terms

ea44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing Account holders via a notice displayed on the Platform, by email to the registered address on file, or by in-Account notification, with not less than 7 days' advance notice where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.3. 14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fairness and good faith. ea44 operates a structured internal complaints procedure.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact ea44's support team via live chat to attempt an informal resolution. If your complaint cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. ea44 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 business days.

ea44 is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly and transparently. We review all complaint submissions without prejudice and will provide a reasoned written determination to each complainant.
